Dimensions Applications Fits engines with factory or aftermarket rods and crankshafts up to a 4.000” stroke. CAD-verified to fit Gen III & IV LS & Vortec family engines with the oil pans listed in the table below. Does NOT fit engines with stepped main caps (Dart LS Next engines). EGM-241 may fit additional aftermarket oil pans if: The aftermarket pan uses a dip stick tube that is compatible with any of the oil pans listed in the table below. The aftermarket pan uses a pickup tube that is compatible with any of the oil pans listed in the table below. If the aftermarket pan uses an aftermarket pickup tube, the pickup tube bolts to one of the main cap stud locations indicated in the figure below. Check the dimensions above to verify that the aftermarket pan is deep enough to clear EGM-241. The shallowest part of the pan must be at least 1.72″ deep when measured from the gasket. Additional trimming may be required for interference-free installation with aftermarket oil pickup tubes.
