Stage 1 Details: Our Tick Performance Turbo Stage 1 Camshaft is an entry-level upgrade and is intended for 290ci (4.8L) to 376ci (LS3) engines using a smaller turbine single turbocharger with up to an 87mm turbine wheel. Just because this is an “LS3” cam does not mean you cannot use this camshaft in a smaller engine with cathedral port heads! You will notice a slight difference in idle over the stock camshaft (with a nice lope) but you’ll notice an even bigger improvement when you jump on the throttle! This camshaft will not work in vehicles equipped with VVT or DOD. If your vehicle still has these systems, they will need to be deleted at the time of the camshaft install (parts sold separately.) We strongly suggest the use of our Tick/PAC Dual Valvesprings and hardened pushrods with this camshaft (also sold separately.) Hundreds of hours were spent developing this camshaft to perform precisely the way we advertise, so as a result, changes to the LSA or any other specification of this camshaft are not available. Stage 2 Details: Our Tick Performance Turbo Stage 2 Camshaft is intended for engines that are utilizing up to a 96mm turbine wheel. Just because this is an “LS3” cam does not mean you cannot use this camshaft in a smaller engine with cathedral port heads! Whether it’s a stock cubic inch build, forged bottom end build, or a junkyard motor that you just want to slap a turbo camshaft in and run fast on the street (and at the track) with – this cam is for you. This camshaft will have a much more noticeable idle than our Turbo Stage 1 camshaft, but nothing radical. This camshaft will not work in vehicles equipped with VVT or DOD. If your vehicle still has these systems, they will need to be deleted at the time of the camshaft install (parts sold separately.) We strongly suggest the use of our Tick/PAC Dual Valvesprings and hardened pushrods with this camshaft (also sold separately.) Our Tick Performance Turbo Stage 3 Camshaft is designed for guys utilizing up to a 111mm turbine wheel. This camshaft is perfect for 364-427″ motors using HP88, HP91, S588, GT5018, GT5518 and many other turbochargers in this size range. Even though this is an “LS3” camshaft, it can be utilized in a cathedral port headed engine in the size ranges listed for this camshaft. This camshaft will not work in vehicles equipped with VVT or DOD. If your vehicle still has these systems, they will need to be deleted at the time of the camshaft install (parts sold separately.)
