Inspired by the mighty ash tree Yggdrasil, which holds the Nine Worlds together in Norse mythology and sits in the center of the cosmos. Bivrost Yggdrasil 2024 is Bivrost's first vintage Arctic Single Malt Whisky. Slightly smoky Nordic barley malt has been brewed with glacial meltwater, undertaken a long complex fermentation and distilled on our sustainable copper still to obtain a fruity spirit. This whisky has aged in Oloroso seasoned and in-house charred casks for 4-6 years. A complex and fruity whisky possessing dried fruits, orange blossoms, bonfire, roasted nuts and a small hint of peat on the nose. On the palate, massive complexity, velvety mouthfeel with notes of tasted oak, caramlised mandarins. ABV: 46% SIZE: 500ml COUNTRY: NORWAY
